  • Organization development.
  • Employment and compliance with regulatory concerns regarding employees.
  • Employee onboarding, development and training.
  • Policy development and documentation.
  • Employee relations.
  • Company employee and community communication.
  • Compensation and benefits administration.
  • Employee services and counseling.

Candidate Prerequisites:

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience in recruiting.
  • Bilingual (English and Hindi). Telugu is not required, but would be an added advantage.
